I am one of millions frustrated by sinus trouble. I have tried over the counter decongestants such as Afrin, Sudafed and other cold and sinus medications. Ingredients: Water, Sodium chloride, Winter green oil, Tea tree oil, Balsam tolu, Camphor, Peppermint oil, Glycerine, Potassium alum, Zinc sulfate, Mucosolvin, Dehydrated alcohol, Eucalyptus, Benzalkonium chloride.
